Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including non-smoking guestrooms and common areas. Any violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 fee.
No pets are allowed.
Guests must provide valid government-issued identification upon check-in. The credit card holder must be present at the time of check-in with corresponding identification matching the name on the credit card.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before arrival date, or according to the cancellation policy of your selected room type, to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge. Reservations for Honeymoon Suites are non-cancellable. Same-day reservations are non-cancellable.
Please cancel according to the cancellation policy of the room you are selecting prior to your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee. A non-cancelled reservation will result in a charge of the first night's room and tax or the full stay to the credit card provided, depending on the cancellation policy.
A guaranteed reservation with a credit card assures you of a room even if you check in late after 6:00 PM. All reservations made through this website, by phone, or for future reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card and not a prepaid card. Early check-in may be accommodated based on availability and is not guaranteed.
A credit card is required to guarantee your room. By providing a credit card, you agree to all charges related to your stay, including extra charges, fees, damages, and room and tax on the credit card provided. Guests must be 21 or older to pay with cash.
When extending a stay or checking out late, all payments must be paid before 11:00 AM on the checkout date or late-payment fees may apply. Guests agree to resolve any payment or charge dispute directly with Dynasty Suites Santa Fe Springs. Creating a dispute resulting in a chargeback will incur a minimum $100 fee in addition to the disputed amount. Only fully registered guests can make payments related to the stay. A $50 cash incidental deposit is required per stay.
At Dynasty Suites Santa Fe Springs, we are committed to a great experience for all guests. Property staff is trained to accommodate guests, including those with special needs, to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone based on the ADA requirements that apply to the hotel.

Accessible rooms are held until all rooms of that type are reserved or until requested for a reservation. Once a reservation is made, the room is removed from availability on platforms to guarantee the reservation. Accessible rooms are subject to availability due to extenuating circumstances, just like any other room type.
Standard rates are for one adult. Only registered guests are permitted on the property and in guestrooms. Extra people in rooms will incur charges per person per day up to room capacity only. Unregistered guests may incur a penalty per person.
Regardless of billing or master-account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. As notice to the registrant, guest(s), or any person(s) affiliated with the guest(s), no person may engage in illegal activity or disruptive behavior. A single violation may result in immediate lockout/eviction with no refund.
